Alvaro Velloso, was born 8th November 1965, he lives in the wonderful Rio de Janeiro, he is an amateur photographer and competes in CMAS World Underwater Photography Championships for Brazil since the year 2006.
He is an electronic engineer, software developer and a great enthusiast of photography, he developing gadgets for underwater photography.
